As a provider of online services directly involving young people, The Access Platform (TAP) acknowledges the special duty of care this places upon us to both safeguard young people themselves and to promote their welfare.

To ensure a safe online and offline environment for students and Ambassadors, Admins are able to review and moderate messages, with the ability to delete messages where necessary. The delete feature allows admin users to delete individual messages on chat conversations and group chats. Any deleted messages will be erased permanently in real time and won't be visible for any chat participants.

To delete an individual message, head to the conversation under messaging or group chats, navigate to the message and click delete.
