Following the release of TAP Insights we have launched a new view in Messaging to clearly display which topics are detected by Trend Insights in conversations between ambassadors and prospects:
You can hover and confirm if the topics detected are mentioned in the conversation:
And if we have missed a topic, you can simply add it as a new topic:
